Our core product is Harmony ™, a web-based information management framework designed for human services agencies that provide or manage a wide array of programs and services. Harmony’s ™ built-in screen design, workflow and reporting tools allow agencies to quickly and easily tailor the application to meet each program’s needs.

Harmony Billing™, our Provider Billing Module, allows provider agencies to invoice payers for encounter-level services and to process payments received for those services. Harmony Billing™ permits agencies to make payments to external providers for the provision of services, such as to foster parents for room and board.

Harmony™, along with the Harmony Claims Manager™, assists managed behavioral health care organizations, government agencies and other service payers in managing their daily operations.

As a HIPAA Electronic Data Interchange module, HIEDI™ enables organizations-both providers and payers - to transmit complete HIPAA - compliant transactions. These transmissions consist of both importing and exporting Harmony™ data, using several standard HIPAA file formats.

Two Part Harmony™, our Web based application for external providers , is similar to Harmony™ but cost less to use. Like Harmony™, it has the same interface and flexibility in level of usage. Developed for payers who service many provider organizations, Two Part Hamony™ is Web based, providing information over a secure connection to the Internet.
