Customer Support

Harmony is dedicated to providing outstanding product support.  Dedicated product support specialists provide telephone, e-mail, and Internet-based support.  All customer inquires are logged as cases in Harmony's Support Center and assigned unique identification numbers for tracking. 

All Harmony customers with active contacts receive updates to Harmony products for incremental version releases as well as service packages (patch releases).
