Harmony for Aging and Adult Services Consumer Direct enables agencies to establish and manage consumer-directed care programs. Using this module, consumers and family members can take control of the long-term care they receive.
Through a secure and easy-to-use Web portal, consumers and their families work collaboratively to optimally use pre-set care budgets. Consumer Direct allows consumers and family members to select programs, approve providers and service plans, view and monitor budgets, collaborate on backup plans, track invoices and payment status, and review prior and upcoming services and activities.
