Product Support and Maintenance
Harmony is dedicated to providing top-notch support for our customers and the products they use. Dedicated product support specialists provide telephone, e-mail and Internet-based support—answering user questions, logging system enhancement requests, patch and update notifications, and providing assistance in troubleshooting problems. On-site support is provided upon customer request.
Harmony uses the Harmony Support Center as our automated solution for managing service and support incidents. Harmony support specialists use this tool to understand and effectively respond to customer needs, streamline and simplify support efforts, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our abilities to manage support requests in a timely and effective manner. As well as to make recommendations to our customers on topics where additional training may be required or when additional assistance from consulting or technical services may be helpful.
