Harmony Information Systems, Inc. (Harmony) has won several awards based on the company’s commitment to excellence, its customers and a consistent record of innovation.

  • In April of 2008, President and CEO Tonya J. Harmon was recognized by the Women in Technology (WIT) organization, and nominated as one of three finalists in the Entrepreneur category for the Leadership Award.  The winners will be announced on May 15, 2008.
  • In January, 2008, Harmony was awarded the Future 50 Award for one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Greater Washington Area (GTA), by SmartCEO Magazine.
  • In July of 2007, Tonya Harmon was selected by Washington Smart CEO magazine as one of the top 25 women business leaders in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  
  • In June, 2007, Harmony was honorably mentioned by NVTC HOT TICKET AWARDS as a Fast50 company.  
  • Harmony featured prominently in “The Forrester Wave: Human and Social Services Enterprise Frameworks,” which evaluated the leading human and social services enterprise framework products.  Forrester reported that “With its rich feature set and strong flexibility, [Harmony] breaks into the Strong Performer category at the enterprise level.”  (September, 2006)
  • Harmony won Microsoft’s 2005 Best Innovation in State and Local Government Award in recognition In 2006, the Forrester Wave Report identified Harmony as one of only a handful of companies worldwide capable of supporting an integrated delivery model of service.
