OmniaSystem

Harmony’s Omnia System addresses all issues associated with assessments in an elegant manner. Designed to encompass simplicity, ease of use and clarity of design, OmniaSystem is new standard that gives user the power and functionality to easily surpass the limitations of conventional assessment systems.  OmniaSystem consists of four distinct components: Designer, Interviewer, OmniaCE and Analyzer.

  • Omnia Designer simplifies the process of creating and modifying custom assessment forms. Forms are built by selecting items from an exhaustive catalog.  The catalog is based on items from many popular assessment forms such as OASIS, SAMS Independent Living Assessment, MDS Home Care Assessment and others. The order in which the questions appear on the customized assessment forms, the categories under which they are organized, and the wording of the prompts are determined by the person creating the form. Users may easily then employ these customized forms in Omnia Interviewer.
  • Omnia Interviewer makes the administration of an assessment easier.  Responses recorded during one assessment session are available during any new sessions with the same client.  Data recorded is not lost if customized assessment forms are modified in Omnia Designer.  If you are not using Omnia Designer at this time, standard assessment forms are also provided in Interviewer.
  • OmniaCE works with Omnia Interviewer, allowing users to take assessments directly into a Pocket PC (PDA). Before going into the field with a Pocket PC, users have the ability to export assessments and consumers to OmniaCE. OmniaCE then allows users to access those assessments or create new assessments in the field, using to the full advantage the features of a Pocket PC. Back in the office, the program easily transfers assessment information back to Omnia Interviewer.
  • Omnia Analyzer generates reports and statistics from assessments taken in Omnia Interviewer. Consumer responses can be used to create individualized care plans. Data from different assessment forms within an agency or between agencies can be compared.
