SAMS IR, part of Harmony’s fully integrated SAMS suite of case management solutions for social assistance organizations, offers comprehensive automation of information and referral services. 

SAMS IR offers a wealth of powerful features for information and referral services: it times and tracks incoming and outgoing phone calls, while a built-in call timer records the length of each call.  By integrating Omnia technology, users may search for and create Omnia assessments from within a call or a consumer record.  Users may also create assessments against anonymous consumers.

SAMS IR features advanced search and referral features that allow users to search by location, service, and program characteristics.  Topic tracking and journaling functionality allows users to track topics discussed and enter notes about each call.  Users may easily schedule call backs, informational e-mails, and mailings during a call.  In addition, robust call log management functions allow users to manage call records after completed calls. Users may then search for call records based on different criteria in the call log.
