Harmony makes Instructor-led training available as open enrollment where Customers can network while learning at a Harmony facility. Where there is a need to minimize your teams’ travel time and expense, “at-your-site” events can be arranged for training your team.
Expert instructors can also deliver courses to people working at home or at the office, saving travel time and expenses with our Live! online training format. The Live! format includes real-time instruction, hands-on labs, and engaging interaction with the trainer, in a virtual classroom. The Live! format includes post-class access to experts who are available to answer follow up questions during “online office hours.”
Harmony offers e-learning options for On Demand training, too. On Demand courses can be taken any time and any place at the user’s convenience. These classes cover content that is equivalent to or complementary to Instructor-Led Trainings, and can be used in place of conventional education or to reinforce classroom learning with supplemental content.
