Our proven methodology is designed for flexibility, in order to support a range of implementation considerations and services relationships. The focus of our approach is to gather and manage system requirements, identify and comply with best practices, configure the system as rapidly as possible, and build consensus along the way.
Harmony team members partner with customers to provide assistance throughout the software implementation lifecycle, providing a variety of services including advisory-level project management and specialized consulting in areas such as functional processes, program application, technical direction, reporting, data analysis, and training. Our overarching mission is to assist customers in the implementation of the Harmony solution in a way that spans functional and informational silos and emphasizes independence and self-sufficiency in the use and understanding of our product.
