Stan Eames and David Dapkiewicz, formally with IBM, depart the firm to start their own software company.   After writing a number of successfully software packages for firms like Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream, Burton Snowboards and the Vermont Housing Finance Agency, they discover an opportunity with the Vermont Department of Aging for the creation of a comprehensive case management system.
