Customer Support Representative
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for developing, maintaining, and maturing the overall Harmony customer service experience for our clients. In this position, the CSR will learn new technology, troubleshooting skills and work in a rewarding atmosphere. The individual will become the backbone of Harmony and use the skills learned and demonstrated to grow within the department and in the organization. The Support team is respected for their skill set, initiative and pride in providing quality output to clients.
    
Customer Support Team Lead
The Team Lead, Customer Support is responsible for providing technical support to our clients who use our Harmony suite of applications. The individual has responsibility for managing the assigned queue(s) for his/her team. Additionally, he/she will document all support issues in the client facing and internal support ticketing systems, diagnose and research client technical/software problems, work with development teams to analyze/resolve issues, and follow up with clients on resolution of problems. The Team Lead, Customer Support will also conduct user training, test the software, perform business requirements gathering activities, and coordinate software upgrades.
 
Report Writer
The Report Writer examines, analyzes, evaluates and develops reports on the basis of customer requirements. Knowledge of specialized reporting tools will be used to develop reporting structures as required and proactively generate and compile reports based on findings, including recommendations for improvements to – or new requirements for – client business processes, operational procedures, and corresponding reporting structures. The individual will also provide training and assistance to customers in setting up reports in their own environment.

Technical Analyst   
The Technical Analyst’s primary role is to work closely with the Harmony clients during the technical phases of any given project. This includes coordinating the collection of both pre and post installation data and information essential to installing and configuring Harmony’s products. Technical projects may consist of data conversions and consolidations, report customizations, database modifications and the creation of third party integration tools.
